The Small Molecule MS Lab provides liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry service in support of small molecule quantitation.

The Lab has a Xevo TQ-S triple quadrupole mass spectrometer with associated UPLC system on which all analyses are performed. The current focus is on targeted quantitative analysis, i.e., in which the client provides a standard for each analyte of interest. Other services will follow as the lab becomes more established.

Current and future users should note: before planning use of the Lab's facilities for research, analyses, or before applying for grants, please consult with us about your requirements and time needs. This will permit us to best match your goals with available methods.
