The Charles W. Gehrke Proteomics Center is on the second floor, room 214, in the CS Bond Life Sciences Center, 1201 Rollins Street, Columbia, MO 65201
From St. Louis
- Take I-70 West to the Business Loop 70 exit (LEFT EXIT; 2nd Columbia exit)
- Turn left (south) on College Avenue/763
- At the sixth set of lights, about 2 miles, turn right (west) on Hospital Drive
- Turn right (north) on Virginia Avenue
- Park in the surface (metered) lot in front of Virginia Ave parking garage
- Walk north to intersection of Virginia and Rollins
- The CS Bond Life Sciences Center is directly north of the intersection (the Charles W. Gehrke Proteomics Center is on the second floor, room 214)
From Kansas City
- Take I-70 East to the Providence Road exit (#126)
- Turn right (south) on Providence Road and go about 2 miles
- Turn left (east) on Stadium Blvd (football stadium is south east of intersection)
- Turn left (north) on College Ave/763
- At the 1st set of lights turn left (west) on Hospital Drive
- Turn right (north) on Virginia Avenue
- Park in the surface (metered) lot in front of Virginia Ave parking garage
- Walk north to intersection of Virginia and Rollins

From Columbia Regional Airport
- Take Hwy 63 north to Stadium Blvd exit
- Turn left (west) on Stadium Blvd and continue for about 2 miles
- Turn right (north) on College Ave
- At the 1st set of lights turn left (west) on Hospital Drive
- Turn right (north) on Virginia Avenue
- Park in the surface (metered) lot in front of Virginia Ave parking garage
