Conflict of interest

In accordance with the Collected Rules and Regulations, section 330.015, employees are required to disclose before engaging in outside activities, including but not limited to, overlapping business activities, consulting or teaching. Therefore, you may need to update your disclosure throughout the year.

Export Controls

Prior to release of any funds, Export Controls will review your project for approval of any international collaboration or controlled item. If certain criteria are met, any training requirements or implemented restrictions are summarized through various forms like technology control plans, publication waivers, and other personnel documents. These documents outline any necessary safeguarding for the project as required by the project sponsor and discuss the process by which the research team will maintain this safeguarding. Some controls may include attending training, which the we may assist.
