Welcome to Mizzou!
We look forward to working with you.
The Professional Development team and others in the Division of Research offer a variety of services to support your research career. Here are some good places to start:
- Check out the Division of Research booklet for new faculty. You'll find information on our departments and resources to help you get funded and manage your project.
- Schedule and appointment with your college's grants office and schedule a meeting to get to know them. They can also help you get started with funding search tools like Pivot.
- Be on the lookout for the Division of Research's monthly e-newsletter, which includes news about research and creative activities, opportunities, events, resources and more. Mizzou employees with academic appointments should automatically receive the newsletter.
- See last three issues.
- If it's not in your inbox, check your junk folder, or you can subscribe to receive it.
- Follow Mizzou Research on LinkedIn.
- Review our upcoming programming and register for anything relevant. Note that we have a series specifically for early career researchers.
- Not ready to enroll in a current workshop or program yet but want to know about future programming? Join our email list, and we'll notify you about upcoming offerings.
- Sign up for an individualized consultation with our professional development team. You don't need to have a specific request; we are happy to chat with you and help you develop a plan for moving forward.
