
The Nikon Ti2E inverted microscope comes with a motorized xy-stage, z-motor drive, multiple fluorescent filter sets and a powerful NIS Elements software package for high content acquisition (e.g., slide scanning and extended depth of focus), deconvolution and image analysis. The instrument is equipped with a highly sensitive PCO Edge 4.2 sCMOS monochrome camera and is outfitted with an Okolab microscope enclosure and stage incubator for live-cell imaging using both fluorescence and differential interference contrast (DIC) techniques.
