The Leica GSD 3D super-resolution microscope with TIRF possesses 4 different laser lines (488, 560, 642 and 405 nm) and a fast, highly sensitive Andor iXon Ultra 897 EMCCD camera for detecting up to 3 fluorophores. The microscope also includes a fully automated TIRF system, allowing super-resolution to be combined with TIRF microscopy.
