Applied Biosystems ArcturusXT Laser Capture Microdissection System

The ArturusXT system is designed for UV laser cutting (microdissection) and IR laser capture of individual cells and cell clusters from a wide variety of tissue samples. The system is mounted on an automated Nikon Eclipse TE2000 inverted microscope capable of brightfield, phase-contrast, DIC, and fluorescence microscopy and equipped with a color CCD camera.

This system is equipped with five objective lenses
