To gain access to any of the Plant Growth Facilities or Greenhouses users must:
- Read over and familiarize themselves with the policies for each space. (Roger, you can link to the 'policy' page here.)
- Watch the video "Safety in the Greenhouse: Understanding and Applying the Worker Protection Standard" from Pesticide Educational Resources Collaborative (PERC)
- Take the online quiz: https://plantgrowthfacilities.missouri.edu/quiz/
- Pass with a 90% or higher
- Take a screenshot of the quiz results
- Send an email to Heather Tearney, tearneyk@missouri.edu, with the following information:
- Attach/embed the screenshot of your quiz score
- Include the following declaration, showing that you have watched and understand the required worker protection standard video for greenhouses...
- "I certify that I have watched, in its entirety, the EPA approved WPS Safety in the Greenhouse video (approval #PST 00026) for workers and have completed the MU PGF Policy Quiz."
- Make sure to indicate to WHICH Plant Growth/Greenhouse space you are requesting access (East Campus, LSC, or Sears.)
