Our most versatile system! The Quanta is capable of a wide array of analyses, with applications across all disciplines.

Key Features

  • Low-vacuum and Environmental modes enable analysis of non-conductive media without sputter coating.

  • Powerful elemental analysis via Bruker Xflash 6 SDD EDS detector and associated ESPRIT software package (with off-site processing available).

  • In-situ capabilities: simultaneous heating and electrical biasing (up to 1200C) via Protochips Fusion system, and cooling down to -30C via Peltier cooling stage.

  • Ultra-large sample chamber can accept samples up to 300mm wide and 50mm tall.
