Volunteer at events
Examples of volunteer roles:
- Event set up – assist with tables, signage, preparing materials and more.
- Information tables – check in presenters and assist attendees as needed.
- Presenters – assist presenters and moderators with technical equipment, keeping time and other tasks.
- General assistance – tasks may include poster/room setup, registration support, event tear down, greeting and directing guests,, engaging with poster presenters and more.
