ORCS FTP Login Help
To enter the ORCS FILE SERVER with OTSP access (or any other), you will have to enter the username and password in the URL field of your browser by hand.
The format is: ftp://username:password@orcs.missouri.edu

ORCS stands for Office of Research Computer Services. An Orc is also a mythological creature typically found in fantasy role playing games, novels and movies. |
ORCS File Server |
What we call the ORCS server is the server that will holds some users files and a few other services below:
- The R: Drive
- Printers
- ORCS Web Server
- ProblemTracker

ProblemTracker |
The ProblemTracker is a web application that the Office of Research uses to report any computer related problem, including software, hardware, internet, web site, database, etc. |
R: Drive |
The "R: Drive" is an online hard drive for storing documents to allow Office of Research users to access from home. |

Sage |
The server we call Sage runs the Office of Research web site, GDF, GIS and eIRB systems, and the Oracle database. |
