Notes:

Programs/institutions may submit only one (1) new Scholar Award application per year.

The Scholar (career development) Award is meant to help develop the independent research of highly qualified individuals still early in their careers. Recipients are called St. Baldrick’s Scholars.

This award is granted for three years with an opportunity to apply for an additional two years of funding based upon the demonstration of significant accomplishment. (Years 4–5, if funded, will be up to $115,000/year).
