Limited Submission Announcement

The National Institute of Nursing Research (NINR) invites applications for Program Projects in Symptom Management Research and Program Projects in Health Promotion/Disease Prevention Research (P01) to develop interdisciplinary biobehavioral nursing research methods in Symptom Management Research OR Health Promotion/Disease Prevention Research.

Because MU is limited to one application for this program, letters of intent must be submitted to the Office of Research, ltdsub@missouri.edu, no later than 4:00 p.m., Friday, January 30, 2009. Letters of intent should be limited to 3 pages and should include: 1) the type of project to be submitted (Symptom Mgt Research or Health Promo/Disease Prevention Research); 2) a brief description of each research component and how they inter-relate; and 3) a brief description of core resources to be requested.

Amount:

Up to $700,000 per year (direct plus F&A) for up to five years.

4:00 p.m., Friday, January 30, 2009
