  • The changing nature of Islam in the context of globalization, economic development, secularization trends and global security concerns.

The nominations are due August 28, 2006. The first round nomination consists of a one-page nomination letter, a 1000 word prospectus describing the nominee’s project, and a curriculum vita (15 pages maximum). Finalists will be selected from this pool and asked to prepare a more detailed proposal.

Since MU can have at most two nominations, please let Teresa Davis know prior to August 10 if any nominations will come forward from your college. She will coordinate a selection process if one is needed.
