The Pfizer Faculty Scholar Awards in Public Health are nationally competitive career development awards intended to support the development and career track of junior faculty in public health interested in pursuing community-based public health practice research. These awards are also intended to foster collaborative partnerships between accredited schools of public health and state and local departments of public health.

Because MU is limited to one application for this program, letters of intent must be submitted to the Office of Research, ltdsub@missouri.edu, no later than 5:00 pm Friday, December 9, 2005. Letters of intent should be limited to a 2-page abstract of the proposed project and a  2-page biographical sketch.
