Limited Submission Announcement

The National Institute of Arthritis and Musculoskeletal and Skin Diseases (NIAMS) invites applications for Rheumatic Diseases Research Core Centers (P30) that provide shared facilities and services to groups of established, currently funded investigators addressing scientific problems in rheumatic diseases in order to improve efficiency, accelerate the pace of research, and ensure greater productivity.

Because MU is limited to one application for this program, letters of intent must be submitted to the Office of Research, ltdsub@missouri.edu, no later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday, July 9, 2010. Letters of intent should be limited to three pages and should include 1) the research area focus; 2) a description of resources, facilities and roles of each core; 3) a brief description of the enrichment program; and 4) the names of three MU personnel who would be qualified to serve as internal reviewers for letters of intent under this program.

Amount:

Up to $2,000,000 in total for a period of up to 5 years. Annual budgets are limited to $400,000.

4:00 p.m., Friday, July 9, 2010

External Proposal Deadlines
