Report Title 4: Awards by Investigator -- Specified Time

Description of Report

This report provides a summary of all projects that have existed under a certain PI. This report provides expense data activity for specific projects. This report breaks out Salary and Wage, Benefits, and other expenditures. This report also provides basic information about the grant such as project title, department name, division name, and the senior accountant handling the grant. This report also provides the percentage of time completed on the grant.

Selection of Criteria

Investigator ID (required): Enter an individual Investigator ID or click on the search by name menu to bring up a search screen and follow the instructions provided.

From Fiscal Year/Month (required): Allows selection of the appropriate fiscal year and month.

To Fiscal Year/Month (required): Allows selection of the appropriate fiscal year and month.

Display all projects: Check to display all projects (active and inactive).

Report: The report field will default to the selected report, in this case (Rpt 4: Awards by Investigator -- Specified Time), from the main menu or the drop-down menu can be used to select a different report option.

To run the report complete the criteria fields, making sure to complete those marked with an * (asterisk) as required, and click the Run Report button.
