Report Title 2: Department Financial Management -- Specified Period
Description of ReportThis report provides a summary of all projects that have existed under a certain deptid. This report provides expense activity for specific projects for a specific time period. This report is different from Grant Report 1, in the fact that this report breaks out Salary and Wage, Benefits, and other expenditures. This report also provides basic information about the grant such as department name, division name, senior accountant handling the grant, and PI name. If you use the link for PI name, this will take the user to grant report #4, which will show all projects for that PI for a specific time period. Selection CriteriaDeptID (required): Enter an individual DeptID or click on the drop-down menu to bring up a search screen and follow the instructions provided. From: Fiscal Year/Month (required): Allows selection of the appropriate fiscal year and month. To: Fiscal Year/Month (required): Allows selection of the appropriate fiscal year and month. Display all projects: Check to display all projects (active and inactive). Report: The report field will default to the selected report, in this case (Rpt 2: Dept Financial Mgmt -- Specified Report), from the main menu or the drop-down menu can be used to select a different report option.
